Shipping Schedule:

• Tuesdays - 10am
• Thursday - 10am

Free USPS Priority Shipping with tracking when you spend $35 or more on a single purchase.

Returns:

• Buyer pays shipping with proof of tracking
• 7 day return window that begins from the day item was received. 
• No exchanges unless buyer pays shipping.
  All items must return in the same condition as they were received.
• No partial returns.
• Refunds issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned item to seller’s physical address.

Materials:
The materials we use have their own distinct properties that may change the look of the product. This is due to the variations of the wood grain and its density. Slate also comes with variations due to the striations within the particular stone. We here at BeSpoken, believe that this makes a unique and distinct product, and since no piece of wood or slate is the same, all of our products are one of a kind.
